CANCELLATION POLICY
All clients must pay a non refundable booking fee to secure any appointment, which is payable on the day of booking via our Card Machine, by means of Cash, or bank transfer to our business account. Your appointment isn’t secure until this has been paid.

For all treatments and Aesthetics the consultation fee is £10, which is payable upon booking. This is then deducted off your treatment cost.
After your consultation should you wish to proceed with an appointment a 50% NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE will be required to secure your appointment, to allow a preorder of any products or initiate a prescriber and consultation. This all incurs costs. This will be deducted from the treatment cost. The remaining balance to be paid immediately after your treatment has ended.
CV Aesthetics equires a minimum of 72 hours notice to change, move or cancel your booking, so that we have enough time to contact clients on our waiting list. Also to ensure any mandatory patch testing that is required is adhered to.
Should you need to cancel with more than 72 hours notice of your booking day and time, your booking fee is transferable to an alternative booking.
Should you need to cancel with less than 72 hours notice of your booking day and time you forfeit your booking fee and will be asked to pay another booking fee.
Should you fail to attend your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and our booking system will charge your card for the full price of your treatment.

This applies to bookings with gift vouchers. If you fail to attend your appointment your voucher will be void for the value of appointment missed.
If you need to cancel your appointment you must call the salon directly .... facebook messages are unacceptable because they don’t always come through. 07873312755. All messages will be dealt with at our earliest convenience. If this is out of business hours, then please understand that we will get back to as soon as we are back in to work.
Business hours for ADMINISTRATION are Tuesday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Closed Saturday, Sunday and Mondays.
MODEL/PORTFOLIO APPOINTMENTS/PACKAGE DEALS
These appointments are hugely discounted and limited spaces, FULL payment is required at time of booking and is non transferable or refundable under any circumstance. Package deals may consist of 3 to 5 treatments which are heavily discounted. These are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.
These treatments are always performed by fully qualified/insured staff .. it maybe a case of needing website imagery or brushing up on skills/techniques.
Photo consent must be given for our social media channels.
PAYMENTS
CV Aesthetics accept Card, Business Bank transfer and cash. We do not accept cheques.
No children under the age 12 are allowed in the salon due to insurance purposes.
For all aesthetic treatments you must be 18 years of age or over. Proof of ID will be required for anybody who looks younger than 21 years of age.
PATCH TESTING
For insurance purposes patch tests must be carried out for tinting, lash lifts and lash extensions at least 48 hours before treatment. Failing to have a patch test means that your treatment will be unable to go ahead as CV Aesthetics will not be covered via insurance for it even if you have had this treatment before or from another salon. This is the client responsibility to come for patch testing and failing to arrange your patch test will result in your booking fee being lost for the appointment we won’t have time to re-fill. Please familiarise yourself with our opening hours.
TIME MANAGEMENT
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointments we work back to back and lateness effects our next clients appointment. If you are going to be late give us a wee call. We always allow 10 minutes grace.
COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment, please email clarise.vollans@gmail.com within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to attend a appointment so we may assess any issues or concerns. Please note we do not refund on any treatments and if the issue is due to workmanship we reserve the right to correct any problems. Should you go to another practitioner after your treatment with CV Aesthetics, any treatments previously performed become void if you have been treated by another practicioner.
MEDICAL ISSUES
If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication that may affect your treatment in any way, please let us know. Please make sure you fill out your online consultation form on our booking system.
