🌿 Needle & Nectar – Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your appointment with Needle & Nectar. By scheduling a treatment, you agree to the following policies.
1. Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will forfeit the full deposit and may be required to pay in full before rebooking.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, missed appointments, or late cancellations.
If Needle & Nectar needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
If a treatment cannot be completed due to medical reasons or contraindications identified at your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to an alternative treatment at the therapist’s discretion.
3a. Disputes & Legal Claims
All treatments are carried out following a full consultation, consent form, and patch test where required.
Clients acknowledge that aesthetic and PMU results vary from person to person depending on skin type, healing, and lifestyle.
Dissatisfaction with results is not a valid reason for a refund.
Needle & Nectar performs all services with reasonable care and skill in line with professional standards.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, we will seek to resolve the matter professionally through communication and review of treatment records.
Should a client pursue a claim through Small Claims Court, all treatment documentation, consent forms, consultation notes, and photographic evidence will be provided to demonstrate that services were carried out properly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
4. Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used towards PMU or aesthetic treatments only — not against prescriber fees, prescriptions, or product purchases.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Promotional offers must be redeemed within the stated timeframe and cannot be extended.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
6. Health & Contraindications
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications before your appointment.
Needle & Nectar reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
7. Results
Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Needle & Nectar cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but full aftercare advice is provided to help achieve the best possible results.
8. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
