BOOKING FEE POLICY - Aesthetics & Beauty Lounge (ABL)
Upon booking any appointment through aesthetics and beauty lounge you will be required to pay a booking fee which is a proportion of the overall amount based on the level of treatment required, products required, shipping fees incurred and any required prescriber fees. Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for all aesthetic treatments. Should the full amount of the treatment be paid then anything over and above the booking fee amount will be fully reimbursed should this be cancelled in the sufficient time stated.
The following booking fees apply for the following Aesthetic treatments;
PDO Cogs/Threads
PDO Cogs - This will require £150 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee.
PDO Threads - This will require £200 NON-REUNADBALE booking fee.
The following 50% booking fees apply for the following specialised treatments;
Consultation/patch test appointments are charged at £10.00 & are fully redeemable against the initial treatement. Shoud a treatment not be carried out, then the £10.00 booking fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Should you wish to cancel your appointment for a treatment where a booking fee is paid and insufficent notice given to cancel then this will be NON-REFUNDABLE. A credit note/voucher will be issued to the value which will be valid for 6 months from the treatment date. After this period it will no longer be valid.
Patch Tests
The following treatments require a patch test 48 hours prior to any work being carried out. Patch Tests should be repeated every 6 months. Should a client not fulfil a patch test minimum 48 hours before their appointment then the appointment will have to be rescheduled for an aternative date.
Covid Injections
To ensure SAFE practice and following recent guidlines as a result of the COVID pandemic outbreak, any aesthetic treatment should not be carried out 4 weeks post covid injections - We do not know the full extent of contraindications following a COVID injection - The safety of our client is our upmost priority.
